On 12-1-12, State Representative Mike Fleck announced that he is a homosexual and will serve the 81st District as one of a few openly gay state representatives in the nation.
The announcement was made after his reelection which appears to have been a purposeful act of deceit. The constituents of the 81st district were not aware of this information in order to cast a vote based on vital political views that may or may not be in accordance with the constituents' party political platform.
Therefore, I am signing this petition demanding the resignation of State Representative Mike Fleck of the 81st District of Pennsylvania. I believe that homosexuality is contrary to the values of the Republican Party and to the traditional family unit that is the foundation to a strong nation. Additionally, proponents of homosexuality violate Christian-Judeo values that are the basis for our nation's constitution and disregard that marriage is only for the union between one man and one woman.
Therefore, I sign this petition to demand the resignation of Representative Mike Fleck who is my representative as I am a resident of the 81st District. Furthermore, I demand that a special election be held to fill Mr. Fleck's vacancy once he has resigned or the House of Representatives appoints a new representative.
