We,the undersigned as members of the Cumming Grove Baptist Church, 2289 Gardner St, Augusta, Ga, do request the immediate resignation of our pastor, Rev. Norris V. Rouse because of irreconcilable differences as described below:
1. The church's financial status remains unknown to the majority of members. Other than certain trustees, The information is not divulged
in spite of inquiries made by several members during church conference.
2. Pastor Rouse gives pay raises to himself and other church employees without informing the church or obtaining authorization from the church body.
3.Does not afford members the opportunity to participate in the decision making process.
4. He refuses to work under a contract. Church has approached him asking him to sign a contrats, and he refused.
5. will not authorise the purchase of learning materials needed to teach Sunday School. |
