The residents on the 42nd block of Sheridan Ave have been bombarded with non-residents, primarily employees of surrounding business who take over the entire block by parking their vehicles in front of people’s homes on grassed areas as well as swales in front of small building complexes, leaving the residents with no place to park as well as destroying the grass in front of people’s homes and leaving trash for residents to clean. The residents of this block are in need of residential zoning enforced 7 days a week during regular business hours or 24 hrs a day.
