For the past four years the Kenyan government has gone around the issue of resettling post election violence Internally Diplaced Persons, more commonly known as IDP's. Instead, the government has shifted its focus to seeking universal back-up to allow the accused orchestrators of the horrific attacks in 2007, that led to the loss of 1000 lives and hundreds of thousand displaced from their homes, through a government funded 'shuttle diplomacy', that is arbitrarily wasting tax payers money! The government has signed off this shuttle diplomacy to seek international backing, and forgotten its own IDP's, with no homes and no valid plan to resettle them.
