Due to differences in agreement with the current landlord, The Brew Station is closing their doors. However, with the gathered support from local consumers and businesses, we can attempt to prevent this unnecessary closure! The Brew Station brings quality products and service to the entire city, students and non-students alike. It brings business to the surrounding area as well, all while providing a great place to study, hang out, and enjoy any of the many food and beverage options they offer. This well-established, local, and free-standing business needs our support. Let's help influence the landlord to renegotiate in order to keep The Brew Station open!
Corvallis maintains its small-town environment while hosting a major university, and locally owned businesses are a major part of that. Over the past five years the Brew Station has become an integral part of Corvallis, more specifically Monroe Avenue. They bring quality products and service to the entire city, students and non-students alike. It brings business to the surrounding area as well, all while providing a great place to study, hang out, and enjoy any of the many food and beverage options they offer. They are community driven, ethically forthright, and a great model of a free-standing business. Unfortunately, this model is decreasing in our city and the current landlord’s actions are promoting this. We feel our cause is in the best interest for the future of local business as establishments such as these should not be pressured out of their space. We would hate to see this become a precedence on Monroe.
Rescue the Brew is a customer sponsored group representing the community of consumers and businesses in Corvallis. We are not only disappointed with the closure of the Brew Station, but are taking notice of how free-standing business model is suffering in Corvallis.
