   Comments: I believe that buy decriminalizing and properly turning marijuana for medical use into a commodity could really help the state and country get out of this economic slump. my idea would be to license it like a gun permit or Biz license where you can possess and cultivate a certain amount for personal use and pay a annual fee for this license and then have a separate business style license for larger amounts and must be treated like a business with state tax and income taxes
