We the support industry of various companies who live in different countries deal with the same crap each day. We deal with people who are to plain stupid to own a computer/electronic device or to call a support line for help. We the support industry feel that before people buy a computer, they should be given a test to see if they can be able to handle using said computer or electronic device. Also we believe that countries should make it against the law for people to call support lines and be abusive towards the person who answers.
