We the undersigned urge, in the strongest possible terms, that all states and territories of the United States immediately impose the following requirement on all candidates for President or Vice President: In order to qualify to appear on the ballot, and prior to appearing on the ballot, a candidate for President or Vice President shall provide to the general public all submitted Federal, state, local, and foreign tax filings covering the period of at least 10 years prior to the year in which the candidate wishes to appear on a ballot.
