Why is it that environmental or climate change courses are only offered as elective courses for the majority of non-environmental majors? Some Universities require students to complete a history course or a certa language level class among other things, but do not prioritize climate change as an essential subject to have general knowledge on. If we want to make real change, the youth need to be all educate don the science behind our world and the environment.
