We, the undersigned, request that Mileage Reimbursement for the Surrogate Parent Program be reinstated effective July 1st, 2013. We consider mileage reimbursement to be an integral and necessary component to our role, and feel that removal of this reimbursement would cause hardship to the surrogate parents, to the surrogate parent program, and to the children served through this program.
