a. That the petitioners have reservation on the member of inquiry committee. As the Respondent No. 1, have family/personal relationship with the Mr. Bilal from H.R (Asst. Registrar) and that Mr. Bilal may used his relations to declare the petitioner as convicted, previously he worked in the HR department. b. That the petitioner observed in the first inquiry dated 19th of November 2012, Mr. Bilal is not a member of the inquiry committee on the matter cited above and found in inquiry and study the matter as cited above. c. That the petitioners have good relation ship in connection with the respected Director HR so petitioner requested to change the esteemed Director HR from inquiry committee and a neutral person appointed to hear the case in lieu of respected Dr. Hameed Iftikhar. May be he is not in a position to make judgment.
