The Bill Buford tracks are the best on Yessongs (no offense to Alan White). Now that Progeny is out it's time for Academy of Music, February 1972 and anything else from the end of the Fragile tour.
It seems a shame that the same fab five who gave us fragile and close to the edge are only represented live by 3 songs on yessongs. Just to have a full concert from the lineup before Bruford left would be worth any price!
It would be criminal for these recordings to be lost for all time. Please release these tapes so that the proud live history of this great band can live on. Even if only made available as high resolution downloads.
These tapes are of great historical significance. Please get them preserved onto permanent media and released to the public ASAP. Of course, we will pay for digital and/or vinyl releases.
If anyone should mix these live recordings it should be Steve Wilson because of the great job he has done with the mixes of CTTE and The Yes Album.

I attended Yes's February 1972 concert at the Academy of Music in in New York, and I will tell you, with no exaggeration, that this was a life-changing experience for me. I have long wanted a tape of this concert, and now that one has been found, I cannot imagine it not being released!
