KHB officials during lottery process in 2010, had informed us that they will allott sites to all unsuccessful applicants before March 2011. If they had declared that the prices will be then prevailing rates at that time itself we would have withdrawn our money and purchased site long back. 25% of initial price had been paid 3 years back for which many people had borrowed money by obtianing personal loan for which we have already paid interest which is equl to the initial deposit. The reasons for increase in price given by the KHB is not on sufficient grounds. the prices around 3rd phase is more or less is Rs 950/-. However if had purchased site 3 years back in that area it would have been equal to our 25% of our initial deposit. We strongly protest that the prices shall be reduced immediately. At present situation we can't withdraw our money as it will not serve our purpose. If the price reduction is not possible than KHB shall allow us to pay the increased amount by providing atleast one year time. Further KHB will take atleast another 1 year time to develop the layout, hence giving time for another 1 year will not impact the development of layout.Flag

I had applied for suryanagar phase I and suryanagar phase II, phase 2 was allocated for Rs 650 (assume that KHB had taken all factors in to consideration during quoting this price) per Sq feet but Rs 950 is too high and I can't afford to buy at this rate, so please reconsider the price Hope KHB understand and do the needful. They deliberately didn't give general public sufficient advanced notice of price hike, instead they decided to publish along with the allotment notice, giving us less time or no time i.e 10-12 to respond.
