Name: Rajesh VS on Jan 21, 2013Comments: Request KHB officials to re-consider the prize hike. Earlier the prize was on slab basis viz Low Income, Medium Income and High Income. The prize hike is more for low income category applicants. In this regard, my humble request is to re-consider the prize hike and provide a slab wise prize categorization.Flag

Name: Venkatarao C P on Jan 21, 2013Comments: Sir, Price increase to 950 Is not justifiable & cannot afford that high.We wanted the site when u called 3.5 Years back at that price. Delay is from your side. A government body cannot black mail citizens & trap us in to debt trap. Please re-think on price. Regards, CPVFlag

Name: Abdul Salam on Jan 22, 2013Comments: When we submitted applications the price for LIG was Rs. 500 per sqft but now KHB has changed it to Rs. 950 (almost double) this is unreasionable, I agree that prices have appreciated but definitely not 100%. It is unaffordable for middle class people. Please re consider it. I feel 600-700 would be resionalble price at this moment.Flag

Name: Karthik on Jan 22, 2013Comments: The hike in price is really unfair for people who have waited 3+ years with the hope of getting the property allotted. Everybody would have struggled hard to arrange the Initial deposit and now the hike is price will be a major set back. Everyone understands the financial expenditure of KHB for aquiciring land, compensating farmers etc, but KHB needs to considet the state of the people who have been waiting so long. I request KHB to reconsider the price so that it should not be a burden for Middle income and Lower income group.Flag

Name: Raj on Jan 22, 2013Comments: After paying lakhs of our hard earned money, we subsequently wait for 3yrs. After a delay of 3 years of continued assurances/wait, the price is unjustifiable hiked by 50% (None of the world's economy has grown at this rate, except this KHB's site's rate). This unprofessional, ungoverment like decision has put us in a catch-22 situation (either pay or get out and forget the site). If we had invested in surrounding area's at the time of applying, we would not only have got it at a cheaper rate but would have been living there now. Surprisingly KHB/Govt has not bothered to take the Cumulative interest factor of our deposits to reduce our burden. A moderate/justifiable hike of Rs.100 to Rs.200 was ok and understandable. Frankly speaking i lost all my respect for KHB and the concerned Ministry for putting us in this precarious position. Hence we sincerely request the KHB/Govt to revise this hike to a moderate/understandable amount to repose good faith in you. Your Affected, Dejected & Helpless Applicant & family. Raj & familyFlag
