In response to continuous delays within the accounting system (organizational, and technological), we are requesting HR, the board, and/or whoever and whichever department has the authority to address such request, to consider hiring more accounting staff. The purpose of this request is to 1) reduce the overly demanding workload that current accounting staff endure, and 2) reduce delays in accounting-related transactions and inquiries.
