Comments: I would also add that toilets represents an agricultural resource in the form of human waste which can be used for urban agriculture. this has been done by LEM Ethiopia who created public toilets in Bahir Dar. These toilets were managed by a youth group who used the waste for their vegetable garden. Please feel free to contact me.

Comments: In the past, some 20 or 30 years ago, the Municipality had started the construction of primitive, but efficient and cheap Indian toilets. What happened to that project? Every city area should easily one of those to serve the population or otherwise make it compulsory for every bar and restaurant to put a toilet at the disposal of any person in need.
