HTC support service is really getting worse. Their new released handsets like One V One X are getting dead within 2 months of purchase. And once these phones are hand over to HTC service center there are less chances they are coming back either repaired or replaced. Noone would like to spend their money on such a crap thing. There has been several cases reported on HTC facebook pages itself. Ex. "HTC India" "HTC USA" "HTC" We need a replacement of our handsets. Why should we support such a expensive product with no worth.
