Will Sheva, Ballack, Ashley and the current squad, who has worked under world -class Coaches, not spot an imposter a mile away? What exactly does Grant bring to the table that they don't already know? what record has he got to improve upon Mourinho, Wenger, Ancelloti,Margath, etc all of which has managed these top guys. You cannot bluff them. Its an insult to their status to be coached by Grant. They know the real deal, and Avram insn't!

134 PenguinoHe needs to go, Under Jose we were on the front & back pages of every newspaper WORLDWIDE, whether the story was good or bad, we were in everyone's faces both on the field and in the media. Sadly Grant was surviving on players playing for the team & their team-mates, injuries, suspensions and African Cup spared Grant from making tough tactical decisions when it came to team selection and tactics. The Carling Cup final showed that Grant is WAY out of his depth, a better manager with a much lesser team outplayed & outstrategised Chelsea. Team selection, tactics, substitutions and team talk (non-existant at extra time, was left up to John Terry) were ALL woeful. I agree that at the end of the day the players are the only ones that play the game BUT under Jose at the same time of the year last season, Chelsea were in the same situation but the players ALL played as though it was a cup final, it didn't matter who was chosen and in what position, mostly players were played out of position but played for their manager, thats ALL gone. I'm devastated, Roman Abramovic's advisors who told him that with a team as great as Chelsea, ANYONE can manage it & win things, so he gets rid of Jose & appoints Grant, expecting to achieve the dizzy hights that Jose got us to, well where are those advisors now? We are still in the FA Cup, Champion's League and fighting for the Premiership. Chelsea may reach the final of the FA Cup based upon a lucky draw but won't win it as long as Man Utd are there, simply a better manager will outstrategise Grant. The Champion's League, we are struggling to beat Olympiacos, how will we go against Spain or Italy's finest? I see an early exit even if we get past the Greek team. The Premiership, we still have to face Arsenal & Man Utd at home, Grant has stated that they are matches where we can catch the league leaders, well I see it as matches that Everton, Liverpool & others can catch Chelsea if we lose them. We'll be luck to finish 3rd. GRANT OUT ASAP. Jose, Rijkard, Hiddink, Lippi or anyone one with a decent track record in.
