Raymond Cusick the designer of the iconic Dalek and Horsham resident passed away recently on Thursday 7th of March 2013, aged 84. As he created one of tv's all time greatest evil extraterrestrial's, it should be only right we erect a giant statue in our town to commemorate him. So how about it, let's replace Shelley Fountain with a Dalek? I mean, pffft Percy Shelley was only some artsy fartsy poet. THIS MAN CREATED THE DALEKS FOR PETE'S SAKE!! and how cool would it be to look at a giant Dalek saying 'Exterminate' on the hour, while sipping a cold pint in the Lynd? Sure would stop those teenagers hanging around the town centre if it could shoot lazers too..
