This petition is to collect signatures of those opposed to the 2004 tax levy for Lexington Transit Authority (LexTran). When this petition reaches 25,000 or more signatures, It will be presented to the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government to allow a new referendum to repeal the tax levy of 2004 in the next election cycle.
