we the people of the united states beleive the individual mandate of the affordable health care act is unconstitutional. we beleive that it infringes on our constitutional rights of life , liberty and the persuit of happiness. how can the government force us the citizens to buy into something that we dont want to or dont have to. under the act healthcare cost has risen over 5 percent over the already extremely expensive costs due to the act coming out of congress. we beleive that under the act, it will fail just like every other health program sponsored by the government. so please, americans sign this petition and eliminate the mandate/tax and keep our american rights.
