We, The undersigned, registered voters residing in the City of Poughkeepsie, NY, oppose the current solid waste collection fee. The fee is unjust and unfair. We support sanitation costs being paid for as they were prior to the new Solid Waste Collection fee being put in effect. We call upon the City of Poughkeepsie Common Council to repeal Local Law LL-12-3 (Solid Waste Collection Fee) on or before December 31, 2013
