A petition requesting: 1.The front gates are repaired and fully operational. 2.The front gates are overlooked by a CCTV camera for security purposes (and recorded footage made available upon request). 3.The rear gate entry/exit system is repaired (so you donâï¿½ï¿½t have to reach your hand through the gate and blindly type in the code to get out of the gates, as you have to at present) 4.The rear gate is overlooked by a CCTV camera (and a fine issued for any resident that does not close the gate). 5.The wooden gates to the bin area are repaired and kept shut at all times. 6.Removal of black lining required in the garden area. 7.The lights in the front car park are operational (they are currently never switched on). 8.The timers of the lights are set to come on at the appropriate time (i.e. in the evening, not in the day time). 9.The replacement of one of the light units down the back pathway. 10.Replace all garden chairs and tables as they are unsafe. 11.A quote is provided to all flats for all the windows to be cleaned. 12.The hole in the wall, by the lift on the ground floor of Kings Place, is repaired. 13.The fan on the wall of the basement of Kings Place is properly secured to the wall.
