Missouri residents deserve Renewable Energy Choices which will jump-start the use of Renewable Energy sources in our state, help improve Missouri\'s economic growth, improve public health, security, and the environment, and defend against the ever increasing costs of using Oil and Natural Gas sources. We submit the following actions as a way to achieve these goals: 1) The creation of a Production Tax Credit; a vital component to the development of Utility-Scale Renewable Energy projects (Wind, Solar, Biomass, Geothermal, etc) in the State of Missouri. 2) Require that a certain fixed percentage of power generation comes from new Renewable Energy technologies by 2020 (Create a Missouri State Renewable Energy Portfolio.) 3)
