The Colbert Report Was one of the most influential comedy shows of our time. It was extremely funny with well thought out writing/humor that brilliantly poked fun at the style of conservative news shows while taking on the heavy-handed biases of said shows in a humorous, satirical way. We feel that the contribution The Colbert Report made was too important not too have garnered it another few seasons. Comedy Central should not have caved in to the #CancelColbert movement.

However, signing this petition is only part of the battle. The best way to convince Comedy Central to renew The Colbert Report is to vote with our wallets. Money talks, after all and here are some ways in which we can convince Comedy Central to Renew the Colbert Report:

1. Binge-watch it on comedycentral.com's Colbert Report page or on the Comedy Central YouTube channel. This is something that has to happen over an indefinitely long period of time. The reason being that the folks at Comedy Central have to see that there's a consistently high amount of income/views being generated through the Colbert Report videos.

2. Buy the Best of The Colbert Report DVD set. (don't buy them used because then, the proceeds won't go back to CC.)
