    Comments: Okay, the show is lacks some of the appeal of the original. The characters need a little work more flushing out. You just don't know them very well outside of their work environment. That makes it difficult for people to really care. The show focused so much on the creatures that the character development didn't kick in till the end of the season. The way the show ended in season 1 gives you the opportunity to change that. You have the ability to revamp the show and make it more appealing to it's viewers. Remember, sci-fi is in essence about the human condition. It isn't about the monsters or the technology, those are just props and settings to tell the story of man. The original Primeval was so successful because people cared about the characters. We saw them grow and change and survive not just the monsters, but life. This show has a lot of potential, but you need to give it and the characters a chance to become what it should be.

    Comments: Please give Primeval New World another chance. This show and others like it is why we watch Space. The more shows like Ghost Mine and Combat Robots and the less science fiction, the less I'll be watching. Please keep in mind how much the cancellation of really good shows alienated fans of the American scyfy channel and don't head down that same road.
