Crime rates in the USA have been on a steady decline since the late 1990's We believe that this is due to many Television programs which exaggerate the amount of violence in the prison system. We plan to take this idea and build off of it We believe that State and Federal Prisons in the United States should be renamed "State and Federal Death Camps" We believe that this would cut down on the crime rate in areas which have a high crime rate, and could be used as a scare tactic. If the Local and Federal governments are not as keen on the name "Death Camp" we have created a short list of other possible names * "Death Box" * "Death Cage" * "Malnutrition Hut" * "Venereal Disease Forum" We would like to get 10,000 signatures on our petition before we present it to the Federal Government.
