The current Streetracing law bill 203 is a blatent violation of our rights as Canadians. These rights are violated by empowering the police to make a roadside decision to sieze vehicles without a fair and due process. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees us the right to a fair trial and the right to be secure against unreasonable search and siezure as laid out in Schedule B section 1 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We the undersigned want this law removed from the books, and if in the future the government does make a new streetracing law, that it falls within the guidelines of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and does not impede upon the rights of the Citizens of Ontario.

Ridiculous laws. They just want to take your car and charge you thousands before you even see a judge. Unconstitutional and needs to go
