As business owners and operators on Southern Boulevard we are petitioning to have the carwash located at 961 Southern Boulevard Montgomery, AL 36105 removed. The car wash is not functioning and is being used for illicit activities sanctioned by the gas station operator. These illicit activities are affecting our customer base and revenue. Two businesses have offered to split the removal cost of the carwash so that the gas station operator did not have to pay for anything but he refused. Multiple complaints have been submitted about the activities allowed to take place within and around this carwash with no positive outcome being produced.
