The owners and tenants of Concord CityPlace, including 9 Spadina Avenue, 3, Navy Wharf Court, 10 Navy Wharf Court, 35 Mariner Terrace and 5 Mariner Terrace, have the right to a safe, quiet and clean living environment. The current property management company, Andrejs Management, does not work for the best interests of the buildings they manage. Here is a partial list of some of the complaints against the current property management team: - fire alarms that are not connected to the affected buildings resulting in disrupted sleep with no announcements to help instruct residents as to safety or evacuation - emergency lighting not available during recent blackout, resulting in locked doors in unlit stairwells - Ms. Costa and Mr. Barron do not answer calls, return calls in a timely manner, or address concerns of owners and residents - noise from the courtyard not acknowledged or addressed - contractors not called in to repair things in a timely manner - general disregard to customer service issues to create a safe, quiet and clean living situation for owners and residents By signing this petition, you agree that a new property management company is needed to better serve the needs of the owners and residents of Concord CityPlace.
