I request the court to order the owners of vicious dog at 7651 Doe View Dr. to be euthanized or permanently removed from the address and Running Deer neighborhood. This dog has attacked and bitten the same golden retriever three times in past three years, bitten a child in the buttocks, broke loose and ran into the Johnson's yard at 7652 Doe View Dr, frightening the owners and their 4 small grandchildren. The dog is staked in the front yard and this corner lot is pick up and drop off for Lakota bus service. Parents are fearful to let their children stand at the bus stop. They are kept in cars and picked up at end of day and not permitted to walk home.

Shekar Ramanathan, United States2 years ago Comments: In October 2012, I was walking my dog. The dog at 7651 Doe View broke free from its stake and chased us down the street and attacked us. The dogs got into a fight on the street. I (and a young person) who came chasing after the dog from the property at 7651 Doe View tried to separate them. In the process, I was bitten on my right hand and had to go to Urgent Care and get 5 stitches. I stopped by later that evening at the property and was given the owner's contact information. I talked to him the following morning and was told that the dog somehow broke free. He offered to reimburse me for any expenses. I have avoided that part of the sub-division since.
