Currently, after buying items on the Steam Marketplace with a registered Steam account, a user must wait 8 days after purchase to trade these items. Here is an example of such an item:http://puu.sh/hd4Gd/ec318d1bfe.jpg
Because of this, many traders are leaving the marketplace for good, and the community economy has been suffering. People can't get the skins they want and enjoy as easily because of this.
This petition is to collect signatures so that Valve will realize how the community is suffering from this feature, and that it should be cut down in time or removed completely.
