The Pitt County Jailbird is a magazine/paper that prints weekly "mug shots" of Pitt County, NC arrests (this DOES NOT include the law enforcement officials that have been arrested and charged with a crime). This incriminates and disgraces, the citizens of Pitt County. Although the information printed in the Jailbird is public knowledge, the "Innocent until proven guilty" is not the case, in the public eye, when the Jailbird prints these "mug shots". Brittaney Rosencrance, managing editor of the Jailbird, and Pitt County are making a profit on the misfortune of others. This is morally and ethically wrong.
