we should never have the death penalty Because it is a waste and a barbaric system. It doesn't stop murderers because murderers don't actually care if they die. People who take up careers such as doing arm robbery couldn't possibly be too concerned about living or they wouldn't do it. Telling people like that that you will kill them if they pull out a gun and they do it away seems as if that doesn't really bother them much. we say we are the most civilized country. I'm a 12 yr old and I'm scared that someday if I mess up by accident or get accused for a crime I never did I will die. is this what America has became.
