In a company that thrives as being culturally outgoing, fighting for their employees to express themselves, standing up for other groups such as the LGB community, and even dabbling in politics they are still stuck in the past about tattoos. This petition is to bring awareness to the Starbucks company policy about having "no visible tattoos" and simply show the opposition for this rule from both employees and customers.
Starbucks thrives on being a progressive company in today's world fighting for many different issues that arise. Though tattoos which are part of each individual are not allowed to be shown. Sign the petition to show your support in trying to raise awareness to Starbucks, that we the "Barista, Customer, Cooperate employee" want to show our tattoos. They are part of us and express us as individuals.
Lets get back to that Italian espresso shop feel and instead of worrying about if your tattoo is showing lets actually be a place where we as a partner can be ourselves and worry about the customer.
