The hereafter signed residents of the State of Indiana wish to have removed from the Indiana State law " I-B-2-b Property Tax " the following; "Individual personal property consists of a variety of of items such as ,recreational vehicles,campers,trailer,non-motorized boats,ATV's,snowmobiles etc., which do not pay an excise tax."The citizens of Indiana would feel a great financial relief if we could lessen some of the taxes that have been levied on us throughout the years.This particular rule of taxation we feel to be unfair and without warrant.Since these items of personal property are not permanently placed items,and are not used as a means for income, they should not be taxed.
