In light of a recent Report of Investigation completed by a licensed Private Investigator, the now public knowledge of a current FBI Investigation, and an ever growing list of civil lawsuits being filed with the courts, we hereby petition the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky to remove from office, pending the criminal and civil actions being brought against both the current Jailer and the county; to at the very least remove Jailer Matt Mutter from office; being therefore in the best interest of the citizens of Barren County, Kentucky.
