In light of Judge Bernini's apparent ignorance of civil rights, i.e, the 8th amendment denying cruel and unusual bond; and her slanderous remarks to the accused in court (not upheld by one whit of evicdence), and the fact she signs 60% of the search warrants in Pima County, I demand she be disrobed and disbarred. Judge Lex also shows lack of a sense of justice. If testimony is not from a policeman or a lawyer, he ignores, disregards, or otherwise attempts to "rationalise" his discardment of it and lack of fair consideration. I also demand he be disrobed due to lack of the civil rights guaranteed in the Constitution of a "Fair trial".
