Fairley High School Principal Brenda Thompson has caused the school's morale to drop amongst Faculty, Staff, Alumni and most importantly, its students. During the Fall of 2012, she caused the students to walk out in protest of the changes that she made without the consent of fellow administrators, faculty and the school’s PTA.  This hostile work and learning environment has caused the school’s enrollment and grades to drop. With your signature and support, it is the goal to present this petition to the Memphis/ Shelby County Board of Education in hopes that they will remove Principal Thompson and replace her with the most qualified leader of FHS.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
