Since August of this year, Barbed Wire has been erected to one side of Coldblow woods. This has been done in a very Hap-Hazard manner. Through these woods is a very popular Bridal /Footpath with the Barbed Wire being very exposed. The Wire has been erected as low as 12 inches from the ground to as high as 6 foot. The dangers this represents are many, not to mention with dogs or children running around, with barbed wire at eye level, or Horses Bolting due to a sudden loud noise (Shooting etc. ) not to mention a complete eye-sore (In more than one sense) to our countryside.
I appreciate that the Landowner has a right to express their ownership, but not in this dangerous manner.
All we ask is that Dover District Council and/or other appropriate Agencies take action to stop this complete madness and to ensure the safety of the public and their animals.
