We, the undersigned, as members of The Moorings condo community at 501 Herondo St. Hermosa Beach, respectfully request that the HOA Board take immediate action to address the continued and unabated public noise nuisance from Unit #27. For almost two years, daily disturbances of loud "singing", verbal altercations and now dog barking have disturbed our small and close proximity community. This is a clear violation of Hermosa Beach Ordinance (Ord. 07-1285, §1, Aug, 2007) and Chapter 8.24.

We have attempted to address this directly with the occupants as well as brought this to the Board and owner's attention. We now ask that the HOA Board and owner of the unit take more forceful action including consideration of eviction as repeated requests and attempts have failed to resolve this issue.
