We the Citizens of Fort Scott,Kansas in the County of Bourbon County, call upon our elected city commissioners for the removal of Richard Neinstedt as city manager. It is the duty of our elected city commissioners to listen to the citizen of Fort Scott,Ks. be he/she as a registered vote or as a non-registered voter but are the head of the household or one whom is of legal age of said resident.

We the Citizens of Fort Scott,Kansas in the County of Bourbon County believe a adequate time frame for removal and replacement of Richard Neinstedt shall be on or before August 1, 2005
