I Nancy Gilmore, daughter of Marion Gilmore who died June 24,2012. I want to petition the court to remove James Gilmore of his position of Personal Repersentitive and would like to appoint Wilma Gilmore. Because James Gilmore has sent : 1)Threating,Harassing and Bulling letters to Julie Moore the other Personal Repersentitive. 2) James is refusing to share my mothers personal and regular mail to all family members. 3) Refusing to contact Julie by phone, James tells the other three to contact her, so therefore his not doing his part as the Personal Repersentive. 4) James is not allowing family members to receive personal property they have ask for. 5) Calling family members Theifs, when given personal property by three family members. 6) James had so call gabage removed from my moms house without the other members of the family to go through. 7) James has refused family members access to our moms house without and appointment. 8) Refusing phone calls by family members. 9) Sending nasty letters to his sister Marilouise. 10) James is COLD, NOTHING TO JAMES IS PERSONAL its all money to him. 11) James will continue to DESTROY MY FAMILY as long as he is one of the PERSONAL REPERSENTIVES. 12) There are eight children and we are now divided four against four. 13) Julie who is the other PERSONAL REPERSENTIVE, Nancy, Marilouise and Harriet want JAMES GILMORE REMOVED as PERSONAL REPERSENTIVE. 14) We are suppose to be a FAMILY not enemies.
