The following Members of the Citadel Alumni Association are requesting the removal of Paul Tamburrino as Vice President. We believe his conduct and actions are immoral, disrespectful, and damaging to the Citadel Alumni Association. Mr Tamburrino has promoted personal opinions under his title as CAA VP and continues to show poor judgement.

I really thought this might just float around in the void for a while but seeing all these people jump on board is honestly surreal. It feels like the tide is finally turning and I keep reading through the comments because it reminds me that I am definitely not the only one who feels this way about the current situation.

I agree with many of the comments. Mr. Tamburrino chose possibly the worst time ever to bring up the flag issue. Agreeing or disagreeing with the issue has nothing to do with my decision to sign this petition. This has divided the alumni and caused negative attention on our school.
although this is difficult to do, I sign this petition in the best interests of The Citadel and the Alumni Assoc. Paul is divisive, disrespectful to his brethren & the administration and appears to do everything out of how he can serve Paul; rather than our Alma Mater and Alumni.
I'm sure his narcissism is loving every minute of this... If he truly loved The Citadel and cared about the Alumni, he wouldn’t rant and take advantage of a tragedy. Just imagine if this were Citadel related. How would he represent us? Is he really our voice or simply his own?
Using the CAA VP platform to make a political statement at this time is, was and will always be, poor judgement. It also expresses a deep lack of respect for the families of the deceased to politicize this horrific act. Remove him.
Paul has become devisive and detrimental to the CAA and should be removed. His lack of judgement and personal attacks on fellow Alumni is not acceptable to be in a leadership position.

It's not about the flag. Citadel men and women don't threaten each other personally, professionally or their family, nor do they lie about it or try to cover it up when guilty of such acts. Drum him out!
