We the citizens of Carrington at Cherry Creek assisted living facility are hereby requesting the removal of one Tim Kemp from being the maintenance person of Carrington at Cherry Creek. We the under signed citizens of Carrington at Cherry Creek request the removal of Tim Kemp as maintenance person at said facility for the following reasons: 1. Not doing his work 2. Stands around talking with CMA's and the CNA's and office staff. 3. Has the other Tim do his work while he just stands there and watches. 4. Signs off in maintenance book that work has been done when it has not been done.
