Hello My name is Maurice Johnson and I have lived in Miramar Lake over the past 7 years. During this time I have had very good civility and correspondence with neighbors and friends. We pay a lot of money each year for our beautiful homes and yard. We also pay a lot of money each year in Homeowners dues. During the past year, I do not believe we have gained any value from the current Homeowners association. The biggest issue over the last year for me has been the continual non-stop letters coming from our current board. For the first 6 years, Over the past year, I have gotten tons and tons of frivolous emails about yard maintenance etc? I believe some of it is harassment and some of it is over the top. I believe that I am not the only one who has had issues with our representatives to Sterling. The purpose of this petition is to make a formal request to remove the current board members. We should have peace to live in our homes without continual harassment. While I do not understand what has happened over the past year, but this is unacceptable. Granted we do need to make sure we keep our neighborhood beautiful, we also need to feel a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
