Due to the incompetence of Ribble Valley council in not submitting a viable core strategy in the time permitted and the subsequent failure to successfully defend any subsequent planning application or appeal, we seek the removal of Colin Hirst Head of Regeneration and John Macholc Head of Planning Services.
