This is a petition to remove the current board members and any pending contracts that the board has entered into without homeowners approval. The current board continues to contract for an outside management company, even after we (Homeowners) voted against it the 1st time. This subject has been revisited several times since then. Due to the lack of homeowners participation at the recent meetings, they are deciding to move forward with the management company. They have also mentioned turning our community over to the STATE to run. If this is what you want, don't sign, if you want to keep our community in tack, please sign this petition to show your support in the removal of the current board members and the selection of new board members.
