    Comments: To write a citation after shooting and killing that small dog should be a tremendous source of shame for that police "officer". The duties of the police are well-known to include some physical activity and confrontation. If an officer cannot find a solution short of deadly force in that situation, they should not be employed as a peace officer. Fire the bitch.
