"We”, the members of The North Shore Canoe Club, petition to remove Donna Moore as the President of NSCC Board and NSCC Head Coach. On more than one occasion Donna has gone against the best interest of the Club to satisfy her own personal agenda. She has acted unethical by discrediting a decision agreed upon by the Board and defaced the organization as a whole to other Canoe Clubs. Donna has not supported the club paddlers in the manner of a Head Coach. • There are no workout plans devised for training • The Coach appointed by Donna is not qualified to Coach competitive paddling • Crews have been called by several people in the club (none being Donna) • There has been no support for the paddlers that qualified for World Sprints or the Women and Men pre-season races. Donna has disrupted the balance and upset overall moral in the club. The entire club has been affected by Donna’s irrational actions or failure to act. As a club, we feel it best to remove Donna from these responsibilities in order to rebuild the North Shore Canoe Club.
