Announced around the year 1999, the very anticipated game "Super Mario 64 2" was announced for the Nintendo 64DD. Because of the unpopularity of the System, the game was cancelled very early on- late 1999. The creator of the "Super Mario" series, Shigeru Miyamoto, stated that their was only one playable demo for the game- and that it was multiplayer, featuring Mario and Luigi. This demo was never released to the public. What we want is for Nintendo to release this demo as a free rom- to help document and preserve Nintendo history. Please, help support our cause. Thank you.
